Frontier Utilities Announces New Ownership; Represented Exclusively by the team of AEG Affiliated Energy Group

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Frontier Utilities, LLC, a retail electricity provider headquartered in Texas (“Frontier Utilities” or the “Company”), announced today that it has been acquired by a group of independent Texas-based investors led by Quintana Infrastructure & Development LLC (“QID”) and Jay D. Hellums, an industry veteran.

Frontier Utilities serves residential and small commercial customers in all major deregulated areas of the state and has been providing affordable energy plans for several years.

Mr. Hellums, a seasoned energy industry executive with a proven track record of building businesses, has joined Frontier as Chief Executive Officer. “Frontier Utilities is poised for growth. The company founders and their team have done an impressive job of starting and building a full service retail electricity company.
