Cirro Energy has acquired the assets of Texas retail electric provider Kinetic Energy. Terms were not disclosed.
Kinetic Energy had 20,000 residential and commercial customers, and will bring Cirro Energy’s customer count close to 150,000 in ERCOT.
Kinetic Energy was represented by AEG Affiliated Energy Group.

Cirro Energy is owned by Dominion Retail.
